SPECIAL OFFER: END OF SEASON PROMOTION LL Yacht Club is offering a one time promotion for new clients to share the yacht of their dreams for just a one time upfront payment of $79,000 for the next 4 years of service .  This is $19,750 ($13,250 after tax and less than it cost to acquire dockage) on an annual basis, which is nearly a savings of 50% of our standard annual membership.  This offer is available to only the first 10 companies that join before Sept. 30, 2007.  In return, the new member will enjoy 28 days per year for the next 4 years on any boat in our fleet up to $1M in value.   This is the same as making a 10% down payment with possible tax benefits while never having to cope with maintenance, depreciation or selling a used yacht.  All you have to do is pay for Captain, Mate, Gas, Food, and Drinks and we cover the rest  (i.e., cleaning, maintenance, and service).    New Members will have access during September and part of October in NYC and then can enjoy yachting in the Miami area for the winter.  Why are we doing this?  10 new clients, sales, and investment capital will provide LL the ability to go out and obtain an additional 2 - 4  New Yachts by Spring of 2008.  The minimum size for our new yachts will be 40 feet and up to 70 feet .   Our goal is to bring the best toys and service to our clients to share!
